Delivery

$59 per order, however many pieces, anywhere on the list below. Free on orders of $400 or more.

How it works

1. You order and pay online.
2. Your glass is cut, edge-polished and, where selected, toughened. Plain cut pieces are quickest; toughened pieces take longer because the glass is processed after cutting.
3. We email you to confirm a delivery window before dispatch.
4. The glass is handed over and checked with you on arrival.

If your job is time-critical, tell us when you order (there is a notes box at checkout). We will tell you honestly whether the date is achievable.

On the day

• Someone must be there. Glass is not left unattended.
• Clear the way. Tell us in advance about stairs, narrow side paths or upper floors.
• Check every edge before the driver leaves. A chip on an edge matters more than a mark on the face.
• Store glass on edge, leaning slightly, on something soft. Never lay it flat on a hard floor.

Where we deliver

If your suburb is not listed, email info@customcutglass.com.au before ordering and we will tell you whether we can get there and what it costs.
