What we collect

When you order: your name, email, phone number and delivery address, and the details of what you ordered. When you email us: whatever you include in your email.

How we use it

Only to make, deliver and support your order, to answer your questions, and to keep the records the law requires. We share your name, phone number and delivery address only with the businesses that make and deliver your order.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe's privacy policy applies to that information.

Your cart

Your cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) until you check out.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, what device they use, and whether a visit ended in an order. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. It does not give us your name, email or card details. Google's privacy policy applies to that information, and you can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
