Terms of sale
These terms apply to orders placed on customcutglass.com.au.
Your order
You are responsible for the measurements, shape, glass type and options you enter. Please check them before paying. We cut exactly what is ordered.
Prices
Prices are in Australian dollars and are calculated from the options you choose. Delivery is charged once per order and shown before you pay. We may correct an obvious pricing error before your order goes into production; if we do, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Production and delivery
We will confirm a delivery window by email before dispatch. Delivery times are estimates. Glass must be received by a person; see the delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Safety
Glass is heavy and edges can cut. Handle with gloves, carry on edge, and use fixings and supports suitable for the weight. Where building regulations require safety glass, choose a toughened product.
Returns
See our returns and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
